I have just had my follow up consultancy with Dr Morris and can honestly say he is the best Dr I have ever dealt with. So caring and understanding, I am a very nervous patient and Dr Morris made me feel at ease within minutes. I will always return to Dr Morris for any future issues.

Misdiagnosis of severe endometriosis and a dismissive and passive-aggressive bedside manner. After nearly a year of severe pelvic pain, my partner was referred to Mr Morris. From the very first consultation, Mr Morris was patronising and dismissive of my partner's health concerns and sent her away for 4 months before the next consultation. Eventually she had a laparoscopy 10 months after the first appointment (performed by one of Mr Morris' staff) and told she had mild endometriosis but nothing was removed, and to come back for a follow up appointment in another 4 months. The follow up appointment with Mr Morris was shocking. I can say this as I attended the follow up with my partner as she was feeling nervous based on her previous consultation. Mr Morris told us there was nothing else to be done as he didn't think the tiny amount of endometriosis would get worse or spread, and in his opinion was not the cause of her pain. Incidentally, his staff member that performed the operation wrote in the report that the endometriosis was in one particular area, and Mr Morris kept saying it was instead in another area - this did nothing for our confidence at all. As the appointment went on, Mr Morris displayed absolutely no sympathy towards my partner and her deep concerns and eventually asked us to leave as he had other patients to see and we had taken up enough of his time already. Since then, we have paid to see another specialist privately, and my partner has undergone another laparoscopy. The outcome is very different to that of Mr Morris' so-called investigations. The endometriosis was discovered to be severe and successfully removed. In my mind, this is a colossal misdiagnosis on the part of Mr Morris as this has always been the cause of my partners pain. I'm genuinely surprised by other people's favourable reviews of Mr Morris, I just wish he was like that with my partner. I do not take writing this review lightly, but now we can see light at the end of the tunnel, I feel it is the right time to submit a review.

I'm very surprised by these glowing reviews. I had a colposcopy and a LLETZ under his "care" and I am now going to do what I can to ensure I never have to see this man again. I find him passive aggressive and his demeanor condescending. The experienced combined have left me so upset and stressed that it has made me sick. I don't wish to detail my complaint more precisely as there is little choice in the NHS and I worry it would compromise the quality of my subsequent care.

I am 2 days out of hospital after having a total hystorectomy, an operation which was necessary but I was absolutely dreading. The lovely Mr Morris and his team of nurses made the whole experience far better than I was expecting and I am home recovering fully relaxed as he assured me he can be contacted 24/7 if necessary and he thoroughly went through the do's and dont's to aid recovery. So I am relieved that I found this lovely doctor 2 years ago, he has really helped me and I can 100% recommend him for any gynaecological problems. He is not only a brilliant doctor, but for nervous patients he is very reassuring and so gentle and kind.
